Why we need to celebrate Digital Learning Day?
With so many new types of digital devices, educational software and mobile applications development progress, it is hard to keep up with the latest advances in technology and education. In some classrooms and school programs out across the country, educators are doing some pretty amazing things with technology. However, pockets of innovation is limited to a small number of schools and communities. Digital Learning Day began as a way to actively disseminate innovative practices and to ensure that access to learning opportunities digital high quality, no matter where they live.
Started in 2012, Digital Learning Day has provided a powerful center for educational leaders to highlight the great teaching practice and innovative teachers, leaders and educational technology programs to improve the image of student achievement. The grassroots effort has blossomed into a national holiday massive as teachers made Digital Learning Day is not about technology, it comes to learning. This is not established for teachers on laptops, it comes to improving the role of the teacher in class. Digital Learning Day Promote the effective use of modern tools offered to any industry for the learning experience and in public schools to improve.
